Refund and Return Policy for

Failed Online Transactions: For unsuccessful online transactions, refunds are automatically processed back to the source account. This process may take up to 7 working days. It's important to note that a failed transaction indicates that Perfume Lab has not received the funds, making your Bank/Card Provider the ideal source of support for such cases. Within our capacity, we're here to assist you with these issues.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For the convenience of cash on delivery (COD) service, an additional charge of Rs 65 is applicable. This charge covers the fees imposed by the courier for providing this service. When placing COD orders, customers are required to pay a minimum of Rs 99 or 10% of the order value, whichever is higher.

Cancellation of COD Orders: We understand that situations might arise where COD orders need to be canceled. However, please note that in the case of cancelled COD orders, refunds will not be processed. The advance payment collected covers processing and logistical costs associated with the order.

Return Policy: Returns are only accepted in cases of incorrect product delivery or unreasonably delayed orders. Damages during transit are covered under our returns policy. However, damages due to improper usage, customer neglect, or application are not covered.

Refund Process: For valid return cases, we will process either a refund or a replacement, based on your preference and product availability. Partial refund deductions may also be applied, considering expenses incurred for your order.

Conditions for Return:

  • The returned product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Any shipping costs associated with returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer.

Approved Refunds: Refund payments will be made via NEFT/IMPS/GPAY/PAYTM transfer to the source account. Customers who have made Cash on Delivery purchases need to share their bank details for processing.

Refund Charges: Refunds may be subject to charges of up to 3% due to processing fees imposed by banks/gateways. Kindly note that we receive payments after these deductions and can only refund the amount received on our end.

Reshipping: Returns that don't meet criteria or are due to non-availability at the delivery address may be reshipped upon customer request. In such cases, actual re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
